Admissions for school entry are taken each September for children who will turn 5 during the academic year. Applications for this are handled by the Local Authority. Please refer to both our own Admissions Policy and the link to the Local Authority for this.
Admissions at other times during the year or for different age groups (known as in-year admissions) are handled directly by the school according to our agreed admissions policy. Please contact the school office directly to discuss these arrangements or to enquire if spaces exsist. Should a place not be available at our school you should then contact the Local Authority for assistance and advice.
Statutory seven year consultation on our Admissions Policy:
In line with the Admission Code of Practice, we are required to consult on our admissions policy every seven years (even where no changes are proposed). The Local Governing Board, representing the Trustees of the Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust welcome any responses or comments to our proposed policy for entry into school in September 2022. Please note that on this occasion no proposed changes to the existing policy have been made.
Please send any comments addressed to 'The Clerk to the Local Governing Board' via our admin email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Your comments will be shared anonymously with the Local Board and any suggestions considered carefully. Thank you.
